The Business Sector, as with others and reflecting our society, conflict in the work place is extensive, complex and increasing.  This is evidenced by many factors, not least of which, is rapid staff turnover;  time taken to resolve issues and policies within companies;  and the loss of continuity in production and turnover and thus profitability.

Our training offers:

Improvement of communications between personnel and departments.
Constructive negotiation with colleagues, managers.
Facilitation of communications and relationships with clients.
Insight into the causes of stress, staff burn-out and offering remedies.
Building of cohesive team work.
Self-empowerment and improved self-esteem.
Staff absenteeism, stress and burn-out.
Anger management.
Bullying in the work place.

We address these needs and others by Transforming and Resolving Conflict.
